Garbage Pick-up

Six enthusiastic volunteers made a dramatic improvement
in the cleanup along Sechelt Inlet Road, all the way from Sandy Hook
Road to the Provincial Park entrance. Six large garbage bags full were
photographed (by a helpful passerby) on Graham’s cell phone. We
gathered for iced coffee and cookies and mutual congratulations in the
shade at the top of SHR, and we parted company just before 11:00 am.
Thank you for your energy and commitment:- Ken, Donna, Karen and
Paul, Graham and Me. It was an enjoyable way to spend the morning in
excellent company, but let’s hope we don’t have to repeat
the procedure before the end of summer.
Cheers from Rupert
